Customer Care

At Case Chick, we create every order to uniquely fit you! We make each case based off you individual request. We prioritize the quality of our cases and the timeliness of our shipments without breaking the bank!

We strive for timely arrivals of your orders! Within one to five days after placing your order, you should receive an email with the tracking information for your order. The timeliness of your order is subject to change depending on inventory. If you do not receive an email within 8 days of placing your order, reach out to us at casechickcases@gmail.com so we can figure out this problem. Please check your spam folder on your email before reaching out to us! All orders are sent through the US Postal Service.

While our cases are shipped in a protective bubble mailer, damage may still happen. If this occurs, please send us an email so we can fix this problem!

Case Chick strives to create cute cases that are also affordable. Please note that we do not guarantee that our cases will protect your phones from damage.
